Exotic Electro-Optics, Inc. (EEO) employs an extensive staff of
highly skilled engineers, relative to materials, coating, optical
design, mechanical fabrication, and test, to create detailed manufacturing
drawings for its "build-to-specification" contracts.
Developed over more than 35 years, EEO's manufacturing engineering
experience provides the capability to implement cost-effective manufacturing
techniques into its components and assembly configurations.
EEO can provide this producibility engineering capability to its
customers during the concept design or production engineering phases
of system development. This capability can also be applied to design-to-unit-production-cost
(DTUPC) contract requirements. This approach also includes the ability
to integrate EMI shielding and heater grids as well as various metalized
busbars onto nearly any optical substrate surface configuration.
The application of producibility engineering techniques during
the design phase yields the most cost-effective and producible system
possible.
