Assembly

Exotic Electro-Optics, Inc. (EEO)'s vertically integrated assembly capability includes optical and mechanical bonding, integration of optical components into mechanical housings, electro-mechanical assembly, electronics integration and alignment of subassemblies and assemblies.

These operations are accomplished in a clean room environment by skilled craftsmen utilizing assembly and alignment processes developed by the Manufacturing Engineering Department. Custom designed assembly and alignment tooling is utilized to insure specification compliance and a consistently high quality product.

Typical products include infrared heated window assemblies, dual field-of-view telescopes, and remotely adjustable afocal assemblies.
