Job Description:
Directs and manages all aspects of D/T manufacturing. This includes staffing, planning, motivating, organizing, budgeting, quality assurance, new process development, and cost reduction activities. Directs D/T materials and the production of components to support schedules, coordinates planning and oversees cost reduction. Work includes sales and marketing support, opto-mechanical design, manufacturing process development/engineering, in-process quality assurance, RFQ preparation, proposal writing optical testing and quality control. 

Experience Required:
Minimum 8 years experience in precision diamond machining and knowledge of computers, machining and optical testing.

Education Required:
BS in Science or Mechanical Engineering
